Railroad Bridge over the Potomac River


Here is a view of the railroad bridge crossing the Potomac River and C&O Canal near Shepherdstown, WV.  A train flew over this bridge just after I took the photo and raddled my brain. I was glad to be on the ground.

Great shot! I would think it would have been a little scary standing under this bridge as the train rolled over it. Wishes for a Happy New Year!

That's a nice perspective on the bridge! I can well imagine it rattling your brain though, when the train went over!
