Red bellied feeding on the suet. This is probably the same one from last week that I posted, he's a regular.
Little Downy Woodpecker.
I began scattering the worms onto the deck and under the deck railing.
Carolina Wren.
This little guy was sneeking into the garage and steeling mealworm from the growing container earlier this year.
That is quite a mouthfull for one Chickadee but he is not going to let go.
I have noticed that the Junco's eat the worms in two bites.
Hey, what's down there?
A feast for the Titmose and Junco.
I'm still waiting for the Piliated Woodpecker and Blue Birds to show up.
Here it is 6:02 and it has been snowing since 8:30 last night.
I have just a little over 22 inches, about and inch an hour and it is still coming down.
It has been a fun day
Enjoy your day and look for more critters at Camera Critter.

Wonderful photos of your birds. I have pretty much the same scene here too.
Squirrel: What a nice set of photos of your bird visitors.
They are all so cute. I wish we could get some of those birds at our house.
Wow! I bet your feathered friends are very happy you supply them with a buffet in all that snow! Great shots.

Hey! No Fair! How come you folks down south are getting all our snow? Up here in northern NY we're missing out on this latest storm.
Beautiful birdies! I'm glad you're so good to them.

Please come and meet our New Baby Champ. Merry Christmas!

Great shots of the critters seen in My Muskoka , too!
Wow, you did get dumped on. What a bunch of happy birds. Nice to bring them in close for pics while they get their treats.
Great series of pictures. Lots of birds and snow there.
Thank for visiting.
Greta winter bird pics.
Nice Catch. Love your critter. Hope you can find time to visit mine.
So beautiful! But I am glad it is you and not me! I don't mean that rudely! We sure get our share in here in Buffalo, and I know we will get more soon ( seems we always get hit with something on Christmas Eve just as we are heading to church!). Stay safe and warm, and keep treating those birdies so special!
WOW ... what a lot of SNOW, but it doesn't seem to phase your little birdie visitors. Wonderful pictures ... thanks for sharing ;-)
Hugs and blessings,

Nice entry for camera critters. Mine is up. Hope to see you there. God Bless!
Happy camera critters please view my very first entry!
So many snow... Wow!!
Enjoy and I am happy the little birds have food !!
Wow. that's quite a bit even by New England standards.
The mealworms were a hot ticket today. A male Cardinal ate 9 of them before he was run off by a Mockingbird. Cardinals seem to tenderize them with their bill before swallowing. Bluebirds appear to inhale them. Titmice hold them between their feet and peck away. Guess it's like eating corn on the cob, everyone has their own method.
Bruni
wonderful capture... lovely birds.
